This photo marked the beginning of a legendary comeback of a true legend of golf--Ben Hogan. Taken June 10, 1950, just 16 months after a near-fatal car accident, Hogan was on the 36th hole at the US Open in Pennsylvania. Wracked with pain and covered in bandages underneath his golf clothes, "The Hawk" asked his caddy for his venerable 1-iron, hitting a 200-yard plus shot to make par and force a Monday playoff, which he comfortably won. Own a memorable piece of golf history that will not only remind you of golf, but of true greatness. Framed in museum-quality moldings. 26" wide. 21" high.
